Your outings, on a map of memories

Memory Map, Outing Cards and optional iCloud backup are now available. Update from the App Store to try them.

Memory Map

Choose a place, then take a photo or select your photos and videos. Revisit outings on a world map by place and date, with year and date-range filters.

Outing Cards

Make a shareable card from a map photo. Edit the wording and font, and show or hide the date and an eligible badge before saving or sharing.

Three tabs, easier browsing

Move between Photos & videos, Map and Calendar. Jump to a capture date when selecting media, with improved scrolling and on-device storage use.

Records and paw-print badges

Look back on the days you recorded memories at a place, and collect number and paw-print badges. Region records count distinct places with saved memories; country records count the regions with memories. Neither adds up repeated visits. Your map stays private.

Optional backup to your own iCloud

Enable backup in Settings to back up and restore Memory Map, calendar entries, saved drafts, supported settings and required media. This is backup and restore, not continuous sync between devices.

Memory Map, personal records and badges are free. Outing Cards use the existing watermark rules and shared daily free export allowance. No new pass is required.

Home Screen widgets may use locally stored rendered images and minimal display data in app group storage.

Photos, videos, edits, drafts, and calendar data are not uploaded to a developer-operated server.
